At Veiled Illusion Cakes by HR Steele, where artistry meets indulgence, my daughter’s outdoor wedding inspired me to create luxurious faux cakes. On one of the hottest Texas days, her cake stayed flawless for photos before the evening celebration—no melting, no stress. Each bespoke creation reflects my sculptural experience with clay and Venetian plaster, with a hidden space for a real cake slice.
I have partnered with Patricia Weithers, the internationally known silk floral designer behind Uniquely Yours Interiors, to bring our creative visions together. Her signature silk florals complement my sculptural cakes, uniting the distinctive artistry of both brands in beautifully coordinated celebrations. Fresh floral options and clean-crafted wine are also available to complete the experience.
